Continuing the successful series of MoniQA International Conferences (Rome - Italy 2008, Krakow - Poland 2010, Varna - Bulgaria 2011, Budapest - Hungary 2013) we are pleased to inform you that for the first time we will offer sponsoring opportunities at the 5th MoniQA International Conference in Porto, Portugal, 16-18 September 2015.
By sponsoring this important event you will significantly contribute to the success of the conference by enabling us to invite a range of authoritative speakers. Sponsoring the 5th MoniQA International Conference is an effective way to reach the world's food safety community, decision makers and analytical personnel alike. Use this opportunity to showcase your brand name and effectively build product awareness worldwide. By sponsoring at the Platinum and Gold levels you will also be granted membership of the Conference Industrial Advisory Committee and thus contribute to shaping the conference programme.
Several attractive sponsorship options are proposed. Your early decision to be involved will maximize the exposure of your company/institution, both on the website and in forthcoming communications and circulars.
- Platinum: min. EUR 10,000.-
- Gold: min. EUR 7,000.-
- Silver: min. EUR 4,000.-
- Supporter/ Bronze. min. EUR 2,000.- cash or other contribution
The Platinum Sponsor may suggest his/her individual sponsorship expectations – some ideas can be found in the attached list. Gold and Platinum are also considered for including their own workshop into the conference programme and are invited to give a technical talk in the technical programme.
A minimum of Silver Sponsorship entitles for a table top at the conference exhibition. Additionally, we also invite our top sponsors to contribute towards student travel support grants and conference awards, such as best poster, best research paper/abstract, highest impact/most cutting edge research. Top sponsors may also award students and young researchers of their choice at the conference’s awarding ceremony.
Sponsorship packages are limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you decide to become a sponsor the more promotion activities leading to the conference will be relevant for you.
