Registration Fees

Conference attendance (Online registration):

  • Regular *): EUR 620.-
    *) -15 % Early Bird discount is granted when payment is received until 15 July 2015.
  • MoniQA Association, ICETA and EuroFIR Members: EUR 390.-
  • Students (Scan of student evidence required): EUR 290.-
  • Session Chairs and Committee Members: free registration (conference dinner not included) - online registration mandatory!
  • MoniQA Supervisory Board Members: free registration (conference dinner not included) - online registration mandatory!
  • Keynote Speakers (opening session): free registration
  • One Day Pass: EUR 250.-
  • Exhibitor Table Top Package (Regular) **): EUR 2,900.-
  • Exhibitor Table Top Package for MoniQA Association, ICETA and EuroFIR Members **): EUR 1,900.-
  • Platinum Sponsoring package (only one available on first come basis): min. EUR 10,000.-
  • Gold Sponsoring package: (max. 3 available): min. EUR 7,000.-
  • Silver Sponsoring package: min. EUR 4,000.-

***) Exhibitors/Sponsors may purchase tickets (Registration + Conference Dinner) for own staff and clients at a reduced bulk price.

Early Bird registration:

  • -15 % Early Bird discount (non-refundable) is granted on the regular conference attendance fee when payment is received until 15 July 2015.

Additional events (Online registration):

  • Welcome Reception: included in registration fee
  • Conference Dinner: EUR 75.-
  • Accompanying Person for Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner: EUR 75.-
  • Pre-conference workshops: EUR 50.- (registration either by e-mail to conference [at] moniqa.org or add it in the comments box in the online registration form.
  • Cultural and technical tours: to be announced

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation or changes of registration details affecting the invoiced funds must be made in written form (e-mail) to conference [at] moniqa.org.

Refund requests will only be accepted when made before 05 July 2015. The refund request should be sent to conference [at] moniqa.org. 80% of the registration fee will be refunded after the conference.

On-site registration:

  • The above listed fees apply only when registering online. Online registration will close on 10 September 2015.
  • Later registrations are only possible on-site and will cost EUR 660.- (cash payments only).
